INDIAN WELLS.   This renowned French restaurant was once located in Los Angeles, but thankfully, proprietor Michael Despras decided to relocate. Elegant and contemporary, it features crisp linens, fresh flowers, and lamps adorning each table and banquette. The delectable menu includes masterfully-prepared entrees like organic chicken cooked under a brick and served with mushrooms, pearl onions, merlot sauce, and spaetzle, and seared Wisconsin veal chop with porcini mushrooms and fresh thyme au jus. Le St Germain Le St Germain in Indian Wells was relocated from Los Angeles by Paul Bruggemans who owned Le St Germain in Los Angeles between 1971 and 1987. Le St Germain is co-owned by Paul Bruggemans and Michel Despras, they co-own to top Zagat rated restaurant in the Valley, LE VALLAURIS. Thank you for correcting that mistake.
