PALO ALTO.   Since 1956, Ming's has been offering a huge selection of Dim Sum and other Chinese dishes to the discriminating Palo Alto population. The Dim Sum can be ordered à la carte at lunch, and corporate platters of it are a hit at meetings. The appetizer selection includes four season rolls, and other menu choices feature beef, chicken, fish, noodles and rice, along with some vegetable entrees. Mings is a long time favorite on the peninsula. Lovely building and furnishings makes this a very pleasant dining experience. Large menu, good sized portions and priced fairly.
