The Buzz -- Even in semi-tropical climes, people love celebrating the Christmas holidays, and it's no different for Panama City. This annual event is celebrated from Thanksgiving through mid-December and includes carriage rides through downtown, carolers, extended shopping hours and special booths offering cider and cocoa. The winter holidays are a great time to visit the city and enjoy the diversity of the community and her people.
