Chulas by Rita has AMAZING food! My family and I love going their all the time. The food,service, and atmosphere is all great so we love it. I recommend anything from grouper tacos to sizzling shrimp fajitas!

Hands down the most beautiful restaurant in Panama City! From the moment we walked through the door we knew we weren't in a typical beach fried seafood joint. This place was first class from when we were sat under a huge oak tree. Our server had a great knowledge of the menu and suggested the seared tuna appetizer....

Great little restaurant. Great food and beer prices. Awesome staff. They have Trivia contest and the owners give bar tabs and they have Karoke on Tuesday Nights. Best wings I have ever found. Check it out you won't regret it
