The Buzz -- Ten Paris venues (including Cinema Gaumont Marignan) hosts screenings for this well-liked film festival. Up-and-coming directors from across Europe bring their best films to be screened by the public the first two weeks in July. The festival started off as a children's cinema festival in the mid 1980s and has grown expansively since then, priding itself on its diversity and the opportunities it gives to a wide array of filmmakers.
