6. Issé

This place is a fantastic traditional Japanese, run by a japanese family (hard to find in Paris), and offers very fresh, authentic food. I come from San Francisco and am very picky about good Japanese food given the quality I'm used to. This place is for even the strictest of Japanese food lovers.
