3. L'Avant Goût

This is a hidden gem in Paris (despite the fact that a reservation is hard to come by). My dinner here was so enjoyable in every sense of the dining experience. The service was kind and friendly, the food was cooked with simplicity and excellent flavors and there was great value. The wine list was a lot of fun too, showcasing great regional wines at good price points. Being a person in the restaurant business in Manhattan, I would definitely recommend anyone I know going to Paris soon to make a reservation here.
