I'm hesitant recommend this, because I don't want other people crowding me out. My wife and I go to Paris on business every year, and we make sure to reserve a table here every trip. The food is wonderful, the atmosphere warm (if a little cozy), and the prices are a real value compared to what you'd pay for similar quality food elsewhere. If weather permits, you can eat on the sidewalk (along a very quiet street) and get an evening view of the Eiffel Tower from your table.
