In fact, you can have beef prepared just about any way you could imagine. Indulge in the entrecôte de Salers (rib eye), or sample boeuf a la ficelle (a fillet quickly cooked in boiling water). You can also have a try at "typical" French dishes such as snails (escargots de Bourgogne) and frogs' legs (cuisses de grenouille).
