8ème ARRONDISSEMENT.   This beautifully refined hotel tempts guests with French cuisine as elegant as the surroundings. From April to October guests dine in the open air beside manicured gardens. From November to March, the winter restaurant cozies things up with paneled walls, gilt accents, and hand-painted panels. Chef Eric Frechon received his third Michelin star in 2009.
