Overlooking the place de la Concorde and the National Assembly, the restaurant has one of the best views in the city. Mirrored walls, chandeliers, crystal, silver, fresh roses, and a heavenly painted ceiling grant a luxury seldom seen but often remembered. The polished waitstaff guarantees discreet service, and the wine list is extensive. Dishes include crispy potato pancakes topped with smoked salmon, whipped cream and caviar, and buttery scallops wrapped in bacon.
