2. Carré des Feuillants

In July '08, this was an epecurian feast. I have eaten at many 5 Star restaurants on both sides of the pond and this should be the standard to measure culinary greatness. The value add was the staff who performed like an orchestra, each section moving in when their part beckoned. The lamb cooked inside a brick was the ultimate. The oyster divine. This was not a meal but an excursion to blow your taste buds. If you eat one meal in Paris, I'd stronlgly recommend Carre des Feuillants....and I have no association with the restauant...I give them their dues. Regards. Robert. USA
