8ème ARRONDISSEMENT.   Nestled in a historic pavilion located off the Champs-Elysées near place de la Concorde and surrounded by greenery, this dining room boasts delicious meals by chef Christian Le Squer. The credo here is refinement. Highly recommended as a starter is les coquillages, an herbed risotto dish topped with lobster, langoustines, scallops and grilled ham. Main dishes include turbot with truffled mashed potatoes, and sole sautéed in sage butter and topped with finely sliced cucumber and fresh ginger. Lunch menu €88, tasting menus €199, €299. Closed Aug. METRO: Champs-Elysées – Clemenceau (line 1 or 13)   (© 10Best)
