About 10Best's Paris Restaurants Selections:
Gastronomy finds a perennial welcome in Paris thanks to the luxuriant, sensual nature of traditional French cookery. Superlative ingredients – including premium wines and cheeses – enrich the cuisine, which runs fat with foie gras, escargots, moules frites, and such classics as coq au vin and boeuf bourguignon. Even so, cued by a fashion-forward culture, innovative chefs unabashedly shake up standards, reinventing them in light of globalization and emergent trends. As a result, while incredible bistro and brasserie fare remain strong, fantastic restaurants also offer foods from once-French areas like Vietnam and North Africa. Haute cuisine distinguishes the city, and Taillevent, the city’s grande-dame of the genre, serves as an elegant, long-lived Parisian landmark. Guy Savoy, another mainstay, drifts towards contemporary tastes while holding fast to class and refinement. Hiramatsu, however, leaps boldly forward, marrying Asian and French cuisines in a seamless fusion of romance and flavor. For more casual occasions, the allure of the brasserie runs strong, and Bofinger is a time-tested haven favored by fans of oysters and Alsatian choucroute. And, night or day, when a light snack or sweet is in order, Ladurée ranks among the city’s best patisseries.

This restaurant in Port-Royal’s quarter has the soul of a traditional French neighbourhood restaurant of a century ago. The mirrors and dark rose colour scheme create a cosy, and quite smart milieu. The French cuisine is traditional, with a daily-changing menu with fresh foods of the market.

Findi restaurant right on Paris’s glorious avenue Georges V will make you believe you’re in an elegant Venetian palazzo.
Sweep up the monumental staircase into the series of small, graceful dining rooms.
The colours are buff, neutral, sophisticated with classic Italian chairs, elegant table settings, striking modern wall sconces, and pools of romance-inviting lighting.
The kitchen is in the able hands of Loic Gaudin who creates both classic and modern Italian dishes, like starter of salad of green asparagus with smoked salmon and poached egg, fresh homemade pastas like black tagliatelle with gambas and tomatoes, main course of escalope of veal stuffed with smoked mozzarella, parma, sage and polenta, and dessert of grappa sorbet.
Findi restaurant is a beautiful people’s destination in the Parisian triangle d’or.

L'Auberge Restaurant is located in Montparnasse , Paris. Located via the internet and with good reviews, my husband and I decided on trying L'Auberge and dine out on Good Friday evening. We decided to try somewhere new. Upon arrival we found a very nice entrance with terrace seating. A bright, contemporary restaurant, decorated in light wood, beige/white colours with red tablecloths. Staff were very attentive and extremely polite. We were shown into the main restaurant, which was what I’d imagined. The starter menu choice was good with choices for the main courses. My husband opted for the pan-fried squid with roquette salad as starter. I opted for the goose liver paté starter. Presentation of both starters were ‘ok’. My starter was full of flavour and very tasty. My starter was very good. As soon as we finished eating the plates were whipped away and main courses came straight out. We opted for grilled meal so he ordered the Swordfish for him and I, the Gambas for me. The Tenderloin steak was nicely presented and it was full of flavour with what looked like a pate, very tasty. Desserts however were a success. My husband had a vanilla ice-cream desserts-very good and full of flavour and nicely presented. I had a Tarte Tatin dessert with nice flavour. The overall experience had better meals. So personally, I can recommend L'Auberge and would eat there again.

This is one of the top restaurants I used to go. It's a real French restaurant. If you are in Montparnasse and want grilled meal this is the place. There are less expensive restaurants serving grilled meal but if you want the best – pay a little more. The look and feel of the L'Auberge is inviting. Be adventerous, try the Sea Bream – fabulous. Try the Tenderloin steak. You'll have had a real experience and a grilled meal.
