4ème ARRONDISSEMENT.
Now part of chef Alain Ducasse’s Group, this famous old-fashioned bistro has kept its pretty 1912 vintage decor and traditional menu, delivering such popular classics as snails, foie gras, turbot and cassoulet, a rich southwestern stew of sausages, preserved duck and beans. Service is rather formal, but you'll relish this true example of authentic French fare. METRO: Châtelet or Hôtel de Ville

Benoit is a marvelous restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderfully French, the service excellent and the food superb. I could hardly speak more highly of it.

Benoit is true Parisian treasure. A must for those who want to experience an authentic bistro with wonderful service and fantastic food. The salt encrusted chicken is the best!

Without a doubt, the finest dining experience in Paris. We had the Chicken in salt crust and the cassoulet; both were superior. The house red is wonderful as are the pate and profieroles. Outstanding service and very friendly. Could not have asked for a better meal!
