Benoit is a marvelous restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderfully French, the service excellent and the food superb. I could hardly speak more highly of it.

Benoit is true Parisian treasure. A must for those who want to experience an authentic bistro with wonderful service and fantastic food. The salt encrusted chicken is the best!

Without a doubt, the finest dining experience in Paris. We had the Chicken in salt crust and the cassoulet; both were superior. The house red is wonderful as are the pate and profieroles. Outstanding service and very friendly. Could not have asked for a better meal!
