 EDITOR REVIEW: 1er ARRONDISSEMENT. From the beginning of the century, this brasserie has charmed. Chez Pauline is extravagantly decorated, and André Génin's authentic French dishes are similarly rich. Among them are a feuilleté with snails and oyster mushrooms and a delicious roast Bresse chicken. A great selection of sinful desserts lets you finish your meal on a decadent note, and there's a tempting wine selection too.
