(based on 3 user ratings)  EDITOR REVIEW: 7ème ARRONDISSEMENT. No other Parisian restaurant can boast the views that Jules Verne does, especially since it's located 400 feet up in the Eiffel Tower! Chef Alain Ducasse ensures fabulous French fare such as crab in light shrimp sauce and swordfish with potato puree and caviar. The wine list is equally superb, and an English-speaking sommelier is on hand to answer any questions you may have. The decor is techno-like, thanks to a black glossy interior.
