17ème ARRONDISSEMENT. Sormani's decor recalls an ancient Italian city, and the food is an exquisite complement. The chef adds his own special touches, creating extraordinary dishes like goat cheese ravioli with black truffles, pasta with white truffles, mushrooms with bacon and garlic bread, and Neapolitan osso bucco. The bill may be hefty, but the fine quality of the meal will help you shoulder the expense. Chef Jean-Pascal Fayet retired, but he has certainly chosen a premium successor.
