As the name indicates, this restaurant's decor and ambience are reminiscent of a cabin, albeit an upscale, well-decorated one. The softly lit space even sports replicas of trees, adding a rustic, whimsical note to the environment. The menu pays tribute to the foods and preparations of the West, featuring mesquite grilled pork tenderloin, rosemary-roasted rack of Colorado lamb, and barbecued Alaskan salmon. You'll also find venison, Angus beef, chicken, pasta, and a selection of vegetarian dishes. The seasonal menu makes the most of what's freshest at the moment, tempting diners with top-notch cuisine that's perfect after a day on the slopes.
