9. Windy Ridge Café

PARK CITY.   Just off Main Street is this charming eatery, serving reasonably priced lunches and dinners throughout the week. A charming mish-mash of decor puts diners at ease and creates a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Although only eight entrees appear on the menu, choosing among the carefully-crafted dishes is still a hard decision. Roasted Cornish hen with polenta gnocchi is an oft-ordered favorite, as is duck and lamb cassoulet over a white bean ragout.
