PARK CITY.   Set with wood and stone for an upscale though rustic atmosphere, this well-received restaurant is a favorite with visitors to the ski slopes and with special-occasion diners. The American menu is anything but basic, boasting such satisfying fare as lamb, venison, pheasant, wild boar, and foie gras. You'll also find seafood and vegetarian selections. The wine list provides a host of options for any entree you may choose, and both food and wine have received many accolades for their quality and range of options.
