PARK CITY.   Specializing in European (and especially Swiss) cuisine, this well-established restaurant has a long-standing reputation for quality food and capable service. The clientele is upscale, and members of the US and Swiss ski teams are frequent patrons. Caesar salads are prepared tableside, as is chateaubriand and bananas flambé. Other dishes, which are just as delicious and only slightly less spectacular, include steak Diane, wiener schnitzel, elk tenderloin, filet mignon, and veal Adolph's (served in cream sauce with shallots, mushrooms, and roesti potatoes). You'll also find entrées featuring chicken, seafood, duck, and game. The adjacent bar is a great place to usher in the evening but is a private club and requires a temporary membership.   (© 10Best)

I love a lot of dishes: especially Swiss Fondue, Escargot Bourguignonne, Rack of Lamb or Roast Duck a L'Orange. The desserts are made daily and the presentation is always perfect. It is a place where the locals hang out as well as celebrities.
