Owned by a former chef of several Park City resorts, this wonderful restaurant is perfect for casual meals and for more elaborate dining. You'll find a fascinating cross-section of patrons, everyone from teenagers and farmers to businesspeople and wealthy vacationers. If you're in the mood for a burger, there's a goodly array, and if you want more gourmet fare, that's a constant as well. The cuisine pulls from a slew of inspirations, meaning that you'll find everything from a smoked mako appetizer to mesquite-grilled quail salad to fusilli with puttanesca sauce.
