8. Nacho Mama's

PARK CITY.   Funky and rustic, this popular hangout is popular with locals and tourists alike, who find it less crowded and more relaxed than some of Main Street's other establishments. The cuisine takes Mexican traditions and shakes them up, rethinking ingredients here, refining a technique there. The result is grilled beef with chipotle sauce, pecan-crusted chicken with pineapple salsa, and spicy baked rellenos. Slow-roasted pork ribs, enchiladas made with blue corn tortillas, and veggie burritos will also please diners. Combination plates, a children's menu, and desserts are also available. Next door, the restaurant has opened the Hop'n Jalapeno Room, a more casual venue with pool tables and foosball. Either way you go, you'll encounter terrific food and friendly service.   (© 10Best)
