PARK CITY.   A seat on Shabu's terrace is prime real estate in Park City, especially on a weekend summer evening. Take in the view over Main Street as you listen to live acoustic music on Fridays and Saturdays. Touting "freestyle Asian cuisine," Shabu's menu includes a full sushi selection as well as entrees like sake-steamed sea bass, wok-seared diver scallops, and coconut-crusted tofu.
