2. Flying Sumo

Forget about the other Park City sushi places - this place is amazing - this review is coming from a NYC chef. Even in NYC I have not experienced such wonderful combinations in a roll - and I'm pretty down on making up bizzare rolls to offend the Japanese - but these rolls are fresh, different and amazing! The service is great and the owner and sushi chefs are very friendly. Keep it up guys!
