I only wish the way you described this restaurant had been my experience. I have tried it twice. The first was mediocre and expensive for what it was at best. The second time (delivery) was with another local who agreed with the following: It was as if someone who could not cook anything attempted to cook Vietnamese food and then served it the next day. Flavorless, dried out, missing key ingredients, small servings and overpriced. If something has changed it would be nice, until I hear otherwise I will drive to Salt Lake. This is the closest place I know to find flavorful Vietnamese Food at great value…
