7. Minack Theatre

When sitting in this Roman style, open-air theatre, you feel as if you are perched atop the world! Virtually carved out of the side of a cliff, the sea provides the backdrop for the stage. Throughout the summer season, various singing and acting groups perform works by such greats as Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Mozart, Dickens, and Gilbert and Sullivan.
