We took our mother, who is a wheelchair user, to this cafe but were refused admission on the grounds that there was only one table where the wheelchair could fit and that was being used. The cafe advertises as having full access for disabled people - this is not full access. We did email them for about this but they have not responded. This is very disappointing,
