PEORIA.   Arguably Peoria's top breakfast option, Le Peep takes care of early morning cravings with a lineup that includes such all-stars as the Lumberjack Breakfast (eggs, bacon or sausage, fried potatoes, and a short stack of pancakes), the Desperado (a Tex Mex skillet dish with fried potatoes, chorizo sausage, green chilies, and homemade salsa), and devilishly good omelets.
