SOUTH STREET.   Popular with students, the Rittenhouse crowd, and just about anybody who's spent any amount of time at this cozy corner spot. Inside, the scene is laid back and casual – as any good neighborhood bar should be – and it's not uncommon to walk in and find some people tossing darts, others lined along the bar discussing the many options listed on the "Beer Board," and still others huddled around a table and sharing a tasty order of wings, wontons, mussels or quesadillas.
