I have to say...this is the MOST over rated bar/lounge/restaurant in philly. The heavy pr behind this place is all that it really is. The drinks are NOTHING special unless you really find getting a cigarette with your drink "cutting edge". Give us all a break Starr and start paying attention to the actual operation than the promotion of it. Dirty tables, slow service, and un-informed staff are NOT what we want the "City's Best" representing us as! The price of most of the "Starr" establishments are NOT worth the lack of service and attention that you are getting (or not for that matter).
