Very dirty neighborhood. Although on the lower end of South street, this place is still in a "not so good" spot for what Philly's Best should offer. Although the bartenders ARE usually hot, intelligence usually lacks. Of course with this lack of intelligence comes a lack of drink knowledge and ability to "WORK" a bar (the actual serving of the bar!!!!). Food is not too hot (once again considering what is around for a list such as this!). Either way around it, NOT IMPRESSED. College spot with a LOT of underage crowd!
