Without question one of the TOP of Philly. The place is one of the only "Legal" smoking places in Philly. The decor is awesome. The female staff is great, the food is good, location awesome, and definitely a place to see celebrities. Well worth the visit, especially if you smoke cigars. They should get back to working on extending the liquor stock though.
