more than a month ago

Needs a real drink list but is without question THE LOUNGE with MOST potential. I am shocked to usually find the place empty but I suppose that's what happens when they lack management as they have since the beginning. The location, design and view make this a TOP SPOT! Good luck XIX!!!!!
