OLD CITY.   If dancing the salsa and merengue are your thing, be sure to check out no-frills Brasil's. This club is located a floor above the popular Posh Lounge and features some of Old City's hottest music and dancing each week. Adding to the scene are all the many South American and Caribbean elixirs prepared at the bar. Rumor has it few drinks can wipe away the memories of a wintry Philly night like a caipirinha!
