CENTER CITY.   East meets west in this wonderful Fusion Cuisine restaurant owned and run by Susanna Foo, a self-made restaurateur from Mongolia. Going against tradition, Chef Foo uses raw vegetables while seamlessly blending French, Chinese, and European culinary tastes with elegant aplomb. She works magic with dishes like tea smoked duck breast with grilled Asian pears. Desserts, such as white chocolate Grand Marnier mousse and blueberry souffle, are excellent as well.
