UNIVERSITY CITY.   If you are in Philly and want authentic Mexican, then Zocalo is the place to visit. Snack on zesty homemade guacamole and fresh salsa while you watch your tortillas being made by hand. In addition to traditional dishes like carne asada, you will find more creative selections such as whole shrimp (yes, heads and tails on) in chile sauce, pumpkin dip and pork dumplings in chile broth. For dessert, Zocalo serves the best flan in the city. Many nights there is live Latin music, and there is outdoor dining when the weather cooperates.   (© 10Best)

I paid for nothing
It was very expensive restaurant and the portions were very very small. We ordered sangria and it was like a water with some fruits. Their salads have incredibly small portions. I ordered a salad with avocado but avocado slices were so tiny that I hardly see them. I felt that I was cheated...
