SOUTH PHILLY.   You wouldn't expect to find such a treasure of Italian cuisine in this South Philadelphia row-style house. The menu amazes with dishes like bouillabaisse of shellfish, clams, squid, mussels in a spicy red broth, and veal chop with three types of mushrooms.
