OLD CITY.   Located in the Penn's View Hotel, this restaurant is well known not only for its traditional Italian cuisine, but for its wide range of wines as well. In addition to numerous wine flights, which allow you to sample several different varieties, there are also 120 wines available by the glass. The dinner menu includes a number of pasta dishes available either as a second course or an entrée, plus a good selection of veal, beef and chicken dishes.
