DOWNTOWN PHOENIX.   The Arizona Mining and Mineral Museum is dedicated to commemorating the industry that helped build the great state of Arizona. This museum in Phoenix was established in 1884 after the mineral display at the Arizona State Fair received astounding acclaim.
