2. Glendale Jazz & Blues Festival

The Buzz -- Just west of Phoenix, this appealing town gives a shout-out to top-notch jazz and blues music every spring. Over the course of a weekend, thousands of folks make their way to Historic Downtown Glendale, chair or blanket in tow, to catch the soulful sounds of local performers. Along with music, you'll find food and drink vendors, an arts and crafts exhibition, and a wine-tasting event.
