38. Roka Akor

This place is new - and rare....there are only 3 others in the world, and they chose Scottsdale as their first US location. The food is absolutely amazing, the restaurant look and atmosphere is beautiful...not too Scottsdale-y but very nice...and the waiters and waitresses are soo nice and accommodating! It's a bit up there on price, so I recommend this place for an anniversary, birthday, business dinner, etc.
