Average food, average service, cookbook menu. Not very original, does not belong in top 20, edible, nice looking place, amicable, not very professional service, open kitchen, staff looked OK, too much facial hair, no chef hats, dirty kitchen.

Atmosphere is nice, cozy room for dining. Sorry to say after holding our 2007 holiday luncheon at the restaurant we were very disappointed when our appetizers were forgotten. Last minute scurrying around to fix us something, then had the audacity to charge us for them, as if they had remembered what we had ordered. Food was good, very small portions though. If you plan to hold an event at Nine on Nine, get your menu in writing along with everything you are counting on. The restaurant also promised us wine at a specific price per bottle, but when the check arrived we discovered the bottles were much more expensive than what we had ordered. Answer, "Couldn't get what we wanted". Confirm everything and get everything in writing so you can enjoy your event.
