BLOOMFIELD.   Tessaro's serves complete lunch and dinner menus, but its burgers draw Pittsburgh natives to the festive eatery. These whoppers are full half-pounders, cooked to order. Every topping imaginable can be had, from traditional offerings (fresh tomatoes and sharp cheddar) to non-traditional options (Russian salad dressing).
