A must try
Anyone that does not like Pamela's has no idea how big city casual dining works. A great place with great food and service. Portions so big we did not have to eat the rest of the day!!! Big line moves fast, don't be scared away.

The only atmosphere is what you breath in this establishment. Tacky signs noting "No Public Restroom!!" and "CASH ONLY!".
I've eaten in some excellent restaurants and some small diners that were super good. Pamela's is somewhere in the middle. Their so-called famous hotcakes are, what I call crepes, and average, at best.
Service was as mediocre as the food!

Pamela's may not be world-famous yet, but everywhere I travel, I spread the news! It's a small, quaint, and cozy place, and expect to stand in line to be seated, but it's WELL worth the wait. The BEST pancakes, omelettes, and corned beef hash I've ever tasted. I lived in Pittsburgh for 2 years and Pamela's was one of my weekend treats every weekend! I wish I could have a meal delivered here to Naperville!

I just can't get enough of their crepe-like pancakes!! YUM! Pamela's has been a favorite for me and many of my college friends!
