STRIP DISTRICT.   Bounded by Penn Avenue and Smallman Street from 16th to 22th Street. On weekends during the day, this area is lined with farmers' booths selling fresh produce and imported foods. Meanwhile the interesting shops along Penn Avenue are congested with locals and tourists alike. In the evening, the old converted warehouses along Smallman Street provide some of the city's best dance and party spaces.   (© 10Best)
