MT. WASHINGTON.   One of Pittsburgh's best restaurants, this elegant five-star restaurant boasts wall-to-wall windows that provide a majestic view of the city. Lovely Continental dishes like lamb osso buco – marinated with seasonal herbs and served with roasted vegetables on a bed of truffle risotto – highlight the menu, while steak Diane and chateaubriand (beef tenderloin with vegetables) served tableside make magnificent spreads. The view and the atmosphere is amazing! If you want a good dinner.... Not the place. The food was very average at best. Rumor is that the food quality has just been poor for a while. Not worth the money
