1. Burial Hill

One of the nation's oldest colonial burial grounds, Burial Hill is located behind First Church at the top of Leyden Street. The burial plots are situated at one of the settlements once occupied by the Pligrims, and the deceased include notable forefather William Bradford and other original settlers. The hill also provides outstanding views of the waterfront and surrounding area. A few old cannons are also located on the premises.   (© 10Best)
